Portraits of an IDP Camp
The Chief of Puranga (Joseph Kony's chief) sits below his leapoard skin in a small concrete room in the IDP camp and tells us of his views on Kony.
" Who is a wild dog best handled by? It's owner. Kony is a child who has come from this place. He would be handled better by his father and his chief (with refference to Musevinis government). The strongest disease can be cured by the simplist medicine. The present government is deliberately undermining the cheifs.....without power I am in a very bad position."
