Muay Thai is a "hard martial art" originating in Thailand and practised across South East Asia. Also referred to as "The Art of Eight Limbs"- knees, elbows hands and shins can be used in the fight. Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok was founded in the 1950's and is one of Thailands most famous Muay Thai boxing rings. 

Thailands capital Bangkok is a hub for the social, political and economic scene in both South East Asia and Indochina. In 2008 Bangkok was ranked as the best city on the world by "Travel and Leisure".
